Nope, you don’t have to be home. Many of our clients are at work or out running errands while we clean. We’ll agree on how to access your home (door code, key, lockbox, etc.) ahead of time and make sure everything is locked up and secure before we leave. If you do want to be there, that’s totally fine too.

Yes. We bring all the professional cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed to get your home Sudz Up clean. If there’s a product you prefer we use (or avoid), just let us know and we’ll note it on your account.

We use primarily eco-friendly products with the occasional chemical-based cleaner in the kitchen and bathroom. We also have more definitive eco-friendly options available for clients who prefer gentler products. Please mention it when you book, and we’ll make sure your home is cleaned with those products wherever possible.

Tell us! If you have areas that need extra attention or things you’d like us to skip, we’re happy to accommodate. You can share those details when you book or text us 24 hours before your appointment, and we’ll add them to your notes so the team sees them.

We get it—life happens. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, reach out as soon as you can; last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee, especially for same-day changes.

Yes, we love pets. We’re very comfortable working in homes with dogs, cats, and all the extra fur that comes with them. If your pet is nervous with new people, just let us know what usually helps (crated, in a separate room, etc.), and we’ll follow your lead. We also own Paws IQ Canine Training, so we truly understand dog behavior—we’re there to clean, not to train, but we’re very pet-savvy.

It depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. Most visits are done by 1–2 cleaners. Larger homes or deep cleans may have a slightly bigger team so we can finish efficiently and not be in your space all day.

Whenever possible, yes. We do our best to keep the same cleaner or small team with your home so they learn your preferences and routines. Occasionally schedules change (vacations, illness, etc.), but anyone we send will be fully trained and have your notes on file.

We provide a custom quote based on your home’s size, layout, condition, and how often we’re cleaning. Most residential cleans are priced per visit rather than by the hour, so you know what to expect upfront. Recurring clients receive cheaper per-visit rates compared to one-time cleans.

For the best choice of days and times, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance. That said, if you need a last-minute or “Please help, company’s coming” clean, reach out—we’ll fit you in whenever our schedule allows.
